We asked: What is something about pest control that you think more people should understand, for their own peace of mind?

Graham: They should know that their home and personal health is directly related to what we do for them.

We asked: Can you tell me about a customer situation where you knew you'd really made a difference for someone?

Graham: Well I've been doing this for a long time and but I think I can say that I've developed relationships with my customers so strongly that when I came to Pest Stop, customers that found out I was working somewhere else asked to switch companies because they want me because they know I'll take care of their home!

We asked: Outside of work, what are you devoted to — family, community, a hobby, a cause?

Graham: Being the son of a PGA golf professional and being a former member of the PGA of America, I play golf at least 2 times a week year around and I also keep tropical fish. I have one 37 gallon tank running now and a 75 gallon tank that will be getting setup in a couple of months!

We asked: What does being part of the Pest Stop team mean to you?

Graham: Working for Pest Stop is why I'm still working at 70 years old! Working for a small, family owned business is great when you can talk directly to the owner as an employee or as a customer! The customer gets to see and feel like they are appreciated and know that we care about them like they are more than just a number. Billy, Julie, Jason and Chuck make you feel like part of the family!
